- Professional Engineer certified and stamped designs and drawings of the installation
Testing, Certification and Inspection
- All anchors must be tested and certified after initial installation
- Subsequent annual tests and re-certification
- Initial installation inspection & test will be done by Boston Anchor and witnessed by a local licensed P.E.
